HOW TO ARTWORK CREATED
WOOD 3D
I’ve always had the desire for greater materialization of my art objects. The most obvious solution for achieving it became 3D art objects and flat relief sculptures. They all preserve the color scheme that is present in my prints and paintings performed using acrylic paints, only with the additional power of volume and tangible embodiment appearing. The special fascination of 3D objects is that they have different projections of the image at different angles of view, thus creating a great variety of images in one art object. I believe that all my works are ultimately 3D objects. Even paper works have a spacial concept inside the space of the frame.
EPOXY
Another one of my favorite instruments among the contemporary techniques of creating pieces of art is an epoxy resin. There are huge possibilities for playing with the material inherent in it. Amazing surfaces, and of course my favorite 3D effects, can be created with the aid of it. Resin makes acryl sound with renewed vigor, and the space between the layers makes the art object especially valuable. The layered solution creates an abundance of surface characteristics and a little bit of magic.
PAPER WORKS
I have a special attitude to paper works. This old classical format of figurative art is widely sought after in the contemporary art. The modern digital printing technologies make it possible to create imprints and prints that are as good in terms of perception as silk screening, lithography, and other traditional printing techniques, but allow for changing the budgetary policy of mass reproduction works, making them more affordable. We only print on Fine Art 100% cotton paper. In the process of printing, we do our best to make the image naturally harmonize with the relief and texture of the paper, which makes the work especially valuable.
ACRYLIC GLASS
I have always searched for new opportunities to use my previous techniques. One of those finds was modern printing technology, which gave new life to my last series made using silkscreen. Firstly, color. It gained new power when united with a glass effect. Paints became so fresh and vibrant as if the work has just been finished, and this freshness remains forever. Also, the new perception makes it possible to create an image on both sides of the glass. Thus, a private micro space occurs, creating a powerful 3D effect and a new image materiality. Admit that no other technique gives such a peculiar impression of 3D. Finally, reflections. Due to the properties of glass, the surrounding space, objects, and people are superimposed on the reflection of the main image. The plot is organically complemented by the presence of the surrounding world. An additional fourth dimension is created that enhances and enriches it and makes it interactive.
